Attn to All Local 12 Members-The 2007-2012 Contract has been ratified.

2^nd Quarter Dues Cards have not been received from the International Office at this time. The Intl will mail the cards on March 19^{th ,}and Local 12 will send your card as soon as possible. The Convention Assessment is also due. If unsure of the amount due contact the Local 12 office.

Retirees

Congratulations to Brother Kenny Wells on his retirement. Brother Wells started in the trade in November 1969 and retired from Kone on February 28, 2007.

Condolences to the family of Retiree, Donald Lynch. Brother Lynch passed away on February 23, 2007. Brother Lynch started in the trade in December 1959 and retired from Kone in January 1987. Brother Lynch was a death benefit member.
