Article 10 Salaries and Expenses Section 1. Salaries and benefits, reimbursement for expenses, and compensation for members performing special services for the Local shall be determined by action of the Executive Board, provided, however, that salaries shall be subject to the approval of the membership by a majority vote of members voting at the next regular membership meeting.
