Article 1 Name, Affiliation and Jurisdiction This organization shall be known as INTERNATIONAL UNION OF ELEVATOR CONSTRUCTORS, Local Union No. 12. This Local has been issued a charter by the INTERNATIONAL UNION OF ELEVATOR CONSTRUCTORS and is subject to the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations and practices of the INTERNATIONAL UNION OF ELEVATOR CONSTRUCTORS.
