Article 20 Amendments to By-Laws Section 1. Proposed amendments to this Constitution and By-Laws may be submitted in writing by the Executive Board or by any ten members in good standing. All amendments must be in resolution form with whereas and resolves. The President shall appoint a By-Laws Committee to review all submitted By-Laws amendments. Section 2. Amendments which are submitted to the membership by the Executive Board or by the By-Laws Committee shall be read at two consecutive membership meetings. After the reading at the second such meeting, the proposal shall be debated and voted upon. Amendments shall be adopted by an affirmative vote of a majority of the members voting.
