Article 4 Officers Section 1. The Executive Board shall consist of a President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, First Business Representative/Financial Secretary-Treasurer, the Business Manager, and four Trustees. These officers shall be elected in accordance with the provisions of Article 11, they shall constitute the Executive Board, and the President shall be the Chairman of the Executive Board. Section 2. No member shall be eligible to be nominated for office in this Local unless he/she is a member of the International Union of Elevator Constructors and this Local Union in good standing for at least a period of two (2) years immediately prior to the election.
