Article 7 Committees Section 1. The President, upon recommendation of the Local, may establish such committees as desired and delegate specific duties to them. All committees shall perform the duties assigned to them within the time specified and shall report in writing. No member shall be excused from serving on committees when called upon unless excused by the President or unless he/she is already a member of some other committee. Section 2. The President or his/her designee shall chair all committees. Section 3. Any committeeman who is absent for three (3) consecutive meetings shall stand suspended from said committee. Section 4.
