Article 8 Delegates Section 1. In addition to the Business Manager who, by virtue of his/her election to office, is a delegate to central bodies, building construction trade councils and to all labor conventions, and the President, who is also a delegate to the Greater Kansas City Building and Construction Trades Council by virtue of his/her office, all other delegates to the Central Body and Building Construction Trade Council shall be elected at the regular election in accordance with Article 11. Section 2. In addition to the Business Manager who, if a full time weekly salaried officer, is a delegate to the International Convention by virtue of his election to office, other delegates to the International Convention shall be elected by the Local in accordance with the provisions of Article 11.
