Article 9 Removal from Office Section 1. If any Local officer shall fail to attend three (3) consecutive general membership or Executive Board meetings, without reasonable written excuse, his office shall be declared vacant by the Local. Section 2. Officers of the Local may also be removed from office, for just cause, after notice and trial in accordance with Article 16 of this Constitution and By-Laws.
